When we say “FREE RETURNS” on our homepage, we mean it. You can return any item for any reason. We will not ask questions or charge you fees.
Time Limit
You have 30 calendar days from the day your package arrives to start a return.
What Can Be Returned
Almost everything. The only requirements:
- The item is in the same condition you received it
- You still have the original packaging and accessories
What Cannot Be Returned
Very few things. We cannot accept returns for:
- Items you damaged after opening (drops, spills, etc.)
- Items missing major parts because you threw away the packaging
How to Return Something
Step 1: Email us at info@bossesale.vip. Tell us your order number and why you want to return the item.
Step 2: We will reply with a free return shipping label (attached as a PDF).
Step 3: Print the label, pack your item, and drop it off at any carrier location shown on the label.
Step 4: Keep the receipt or tracking number until your refund is complete.

Getting Your Money Back
Once we receive your return:
- We inspect it within 1 to 2 business days
- We process your refund immediately after inspection
- The full purchase price goes back to your original payment method
